چکیده

In this work we describe a set of analytical and statistical methods enabling the identification of genes which spike expression within narrow time-windows of Plasmodium falciparum Intraerythrocytic Developmental Cycle. Moreover we assign a functional group to each gene by using SVM algorithm and discuss about possible biological role. General Terms Algorithms, Measurement.
